Delicious Smashburger Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1/2 cup pickles sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or burger sauce
  • Cooking oil for the skillet

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
